We've collated together a list of foods by the season they are harvested, although the timings may change in different parts of the country according to the climate. By eating seasonal foods, you not only get to use the freshest and tastiest ingredients, but also get the maximum benefit as the fresher the food, the more vitamins and minerals you’ll get from it. Some produce is not included as it is available all year round, for example: poultry, cheese, eggs, mushrooms, beef, pork and some fish.
