Our Food
Awards and Certifications: The Park and closed herd have full organic certification through the Organic Food Federation UK4, Licence Number 0547/02.
Our best sellers: Our venison is prepared in a variety of boneless packs so there is no waste and as it is prime meat, under 20 months old, it is not necessary to marinade it.
Our delicious fillet medallions (in packs of four) are the connoiseur's choice, followed by steaks (in packs of two). Haunch joints range from .75kg-2kg and diced venison steak and minced steak is perfect for casseroles and pies.
Our venison is vacuum packed and frozen slowly to ensure it remains in perfect condition.

DESCRIPTION
Llantrithyd deer graze and browse all year round in our historic seventeenth century Deer Park. They enjoy clover-rich pastures, lightly wooded valleys and bracken covered slopes - truly a deer\'s paradise. In winter their diet is supplemented with silage which is made in the Park without additives or artificial fertilisers. Llantrithyd deer live their entire life in the Park. They are humanely culled in the Park and are not transported elsewhere for slaughter. This quality of life ensures consistently tender meat.
